MUSIC
Music is now widely recognized as an effective treatment for depression. Music can help people remember terrible times in their lives that were not as horrible as they had imagined. Hearing music and recalling varied events can help people remember memories that are more rounded, even if they are not always happy.
It's a powerful manifestation of humanity. It's something
that affects us all. Everyone likes music, no matter what culture they come
from.
Music may not be able to cure, but it can assist in the
healing process.
We often feel like crying when we listen to music because we
are moved by amazement and admiration. The sensation is one of awe at the
realization of what other minds are capable of. Awe is defined as a sense of
being overwhelmed by the object of greatness, accompanied by sensitivity to
grandeur. We may get goosebumps and feel motivated to change ourselves and
society as a result of these emotions.
We can all think of at least one song that makes us feel
something when we hear it. It could be a song that played during your wedding's
first dance, or one that reminds you of a tough breakup or the death of a loved
one. Music is also a very
powerful means to connect with God. We can conclude that Music is the purest
form of worship of God and to connect with our soul.
